The client needed to transform a large, ageing commercial property in Warwick’s CBD into a modern multi-tenancy retail precinct — while managing a live site with strict programme deadlines tied to tenant occupancy agreements.
We engaged early with the project’s design team to identify sequencing risks before work began. Trades were coordinated across the 2,522 m² site in stages, allowing fitout works to progress in completed zones while structural works continued in others — keeping the programme on track without compromising quality.
The finished precinct opened on time, with multiple tenants trading from day one. It’s become a benchmark project for Active Built in commercial refurbishment — proof that the right thinking upfront makes the difference at handover.
